To use Charmey AI Solutions, you must:

Agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any business or individual at any time for any reason.
4. Payment Terms
Charmey AI offers subscription-based, one-time fee, and monthly payment options.
Some services may include a free trial period.
All payments are final. No refunds are offered once a service is delivered, except in cases of billing errors.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as GoHighLevel and Stripe.
Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or termination.
5. Acceptable Use and User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:
Use the Services only for lawful business purposes;
Not misuse AI outputs or tools for illegal, harmful, or discriminatory activities;
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute Charmey AI systems;
Not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights; and
Take responsibility for verifying all AI-generated outputs before applying them to your business.
Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, designs, algorithms, text, graphics, and other materials created by Charmey AI Solutions remain the exclusive property of Charmey AI Solutions.
Client data, content, and inputs remain the property of the client.
AI-generated outputs are licensed to clients for business use only and may not be resold, republished, or redistributed without written consent.
You retain ownership of your content but grant Charmey AI Solutions the right to process, store, and use it for providing and improving the Services.
7. Termination and Suspension
Users may cancel their account or subscription at any time by contacting [email protected].
Charmey AI may suspend or terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including (but not limited to):
Non-payment or billing issues;
Misuse of AI or violation of laws;
Infringement of third-party rights; or
Harmful behavior toward our systems or reputation.
We also reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
8. AI Output Disclaimer
Charmey AI Solutions provides AI-generated outputs that may use machine learning models and natural language processing.
While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs are automatically generated and may contain errors or omissions.
Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of all AI responses before applying them to their business.
We disclaim any responsibility for decisions made based on AI outputs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Charmey AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by the client in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for:
AI inaccuracies or errors;
Third-party service outages (GoHighLevel, Twilio, OpenAI, etc.);
Client misuse or misinterpretation of AI-generated content.
10. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith mediation.
If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in Maryland.
11. Data Privacy and Security
Your privacy is important to us. All data collection, use, and protection practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We use encryption and other security measures to safeguard user data and comply with relevant U.S. and international privacy standards.
12. Service Modifications
